Fireworks

Yes, the fire department is selling fireworks. It is the only fund raiser this department has, and of course it is a volunteer unit. The fire department are the ones who operate the big fireworks display on the fourth. Several of the firemen are certified pyrotechnics. As one of the firemen told me - "who better to set off the fireworks, we can set the fire and put it out at the same time." Don't know if that puts me at ease or not.
